Radio For Help’s album “Make Today” has been nominated for Pop Album of the Year at the 2012 Edmonton Music Awards. “We are extremely honored to be nominated for the second year in a row”, says singer Mike Erickson. “It’s always a good feeling to be recognized for all the hard work you put into something. Make Today was definitely a journey. There were a lot of long nights in the studio fine tuning every lyric and every piece of the arrangement.  A lot of the songs came from a very personal and emotional place, so it’s great to have all of that be noticed”

 The Edmonton Music Awards show will take placeSaturday, April 28, 2012 at The Royal Alberta Museum

Fellow nominees include:  Doug Hoyer  – “Walks With The Tender And Growing Night”, Colleen Brown – “Dirt”, Se7en Sided – “Life On Hold”, and Lisa Nicole Grace - ”Prairie Belle”.

We’re performing at Festival Place on Friday February 1 in support of Invisible Child.
